WHO WE ARE
The Quad Cities Alliance for Immigrants & Refugees (QCAIR Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2012. We support immigrants, refugees, and their families by connecting them with essential services and resources. Our mission is not only to provide support, but also to celebrate and promote the talents, skills, and contributions that new residents bring to our community and nation.
OUR MISSION & HISTORY
QCAIR's mission is to advocate for immigrants and refugees by providing direct assistance and collaborating with appropriate service providers to empower immigrants and refugees as they integrate into the community.
QCAIR faces the challenge of ensuring that immigrants and refugees can quickly and confidently access direct support services—despite barriers such as language, trust, or system complexity—while also strengthening partnerships to deliver coordinated, timely care. At the same time, we recognize the growing fear many newcomers feel about their safety, making our role in building trust and protection even more critical.
