Sponsorship & Partnerships

QCAIR’s Sponsorship and Partnership brings together businesses, organizations, and community leaders who are committed to supporting immigrants and refugees across the Quad Cities. Through sponsorships and collaborative partnerships, supporters help expand access to critical services, educational programs, advocacy efforts, and community events. These partnerships strengthen our collective impact, elevate shared values of inclusion and equity, and invest directly in the well-being and success of the families we serve. Together, we build sustainable pathways to opportunity while fostering a more welcoming and resilient community for all.

Quad Cities Alliance for Immigrants and Refugees

Partnership

  • Focuses on shared goals and long-term collaboration

  • May include joint programming, referrals, co-hosting events, or shared resources

  • Emphasizes mutual benefit, trust, and ongoing relationship-building

  • Contributions can include time, expertise, space, services, or funding

  • Often mission-aligned and integrated into daily operations

Sponsorship

  • Typically supports a specific event, program, or initiative

  • Often short-term or project-based

  • Usually involves financial support or in-kind donations

  • Includes recognition or visibility (logos, mentions, signage, marketing)

  • Transactional in nature, with defined benefits and outcomes

What is the Difference Between Partnerships and Sponsorships

Platinum Level Sponsor — $2,000 or More

  • Includes everything in the Gold Level tier, PLUS:

  • Upgrade: Logo placement becomes Prominent logo placement on all event materials and the website.

  • Upgrade: Event signage includes your official company logo (if provided).

  • Upgrade: Standard booth space is upgraded to a Premium location.

  • Recognition across all QCAIR social media channels.

Gold Sponsor — $1,000

  • Silver Level tier, PLUS:

  • Upgrade: Your Name listing is upgraded to Logo placement on all event materials and the website.

  • Recognition during the main event program.

  • Additional dedicated social media recognition.

Silver Level Sponsor — $500

  • Includes everything in the Bronze Level tier, PLUS:

  • Name listed on all digital event materials and the official website.

Bronze Level Sponsor — $250

  •  Includes everything in the Community Partner tier, PLUS:

  • Extended social media shoutout, certificate of appreciation

Community Partner — $100

  • Name listed in the event program and event signage.

  • Social media thank-you post.

  • Standard booth/table space.
