QCAIR’s Sponsorship and Partnership brings together businesses, organizations, and community leaders who are committed to supporting immigrants and refugees across the Quad Cities. Through sponsorships and collaborative partnerships, supporters help expand access to critical services, educational programs, advocacy efforts, and community events. These partnerships strengthen our collective impact, elevate shared values of inclusion and equity, and invest directly in the well-being and success of the families we serve. Together, we build sustainable pathways to opportunity while fostering a more welcoming and resilient community for all.

Presenting Sponsor (Exclusive) — $3,000

(Maximum of two sponsors)
• Premier logo placement on all event materials, website, and promotional media
• Recognition as Presenting Sponsor in all event communications
• Opportunity to give brief remarks during the program
• Prominent signage and logo placement at the event
• Reserved table for 8 guests for honors fest.
• Featured recognition on QCAIR social media platforms
• Recognition in press materials and event announcements

Platinum Level Sponsor — $2,000

• Prominent logo placement on event materials and website
• Verbal recognition during the event program
• Reserved table for 6 guests for honors fest.
• Event signage with company logo
• Recognition on QCAIR social media

Gold Sponsor — $1,000

• Logo placement on event materials and website
• Reserved 4 tickets for honors fest.

Silver Level Sponsor — $500

• Name listed on event materials and website
• 2 tickets for guest for honors fest.
