Dress for Success Quad Cities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women achieve financial independence through career development, professional attire, and ongoing support. Serving women across Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois since 2011, the organization provides free interview clothing, career coaching, job-search assistance, workshops, and professional development programs. Its mission goes beyond providing clothing by empowering women with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to secure employment, advance their careers, and build long-term economic stability
