Community Home Partners is a Rock Island, Illinois-based housing organization focused on providing quality, affordable housing and rental assistance to individuals and families across the Quad Cities region. It manages apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and duplexes, while also supporting residents through housing assistance, community development, and the THRIVE program.
