QCAIR helps immigrants and refugees navigate the often complex process of accessing benefits and services through state agencies and community partners. From healthcare and housing assistance to education and family support, we guide individuals step by step so they can understand their options and apply with confidence. Our team works closely with trusted agencies and local organizations to connect families with the resources they need, ensuring that language barriers, cultural differences, or unfamiliar systems do not stand in the way of receiving essential support. Help Promote Diversity and Cultural Understanding

QCAIR is proud to be a partner in the New Americans Initiative (NAI), a statewide program led by ICIRR, the Illinois Department of Human Services, and more than 60 community organizations. Together, we provide immigrants and refugees across Illinois with access to citizenship information, application assistance, interview preparation, and scholarship opportunities in over 65 languages.
